The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce has engaged the Castries Constiuency Council Mayor, Peterson Francis over the last year in discussions on the work of the Council, particularly in relation to the functionality, cleanileness and operations of the City. The Mayor has consisitenly indicated that the goal of the Council is to make the City of Castries more functional and a better place to live and work.

In its efforts to inform the business community of the pertienent issues and the wide ranging set of iniatives being pursued by the Castries Coustituency Council under the stewardship of Mayor Peterson Francis, the Mayor and his team will address the Chamber’s 3rd Executive Luncheon for the year on June 7th 2018, from 12:30 p.m. at the Bougainvillea Conference Room, Bay Gardens Hotel.

Among the initiatives which will be discussed are:
The Redevelopment of the Castries Market

A Vendor’s registration program
Bus terminal and the parking terminal project.
