The 138th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and is scheduled for November 16th 9:00 A.M and will be held under the theme “The Driving Force for Sustainable Business and Community Prosperity for St. Lucia’.

The Feature Address at the 138th Annual General Meeting will be delivered by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture, and Information Dr. Ernest Hilaire. The Deputy Prime Minister will speak to the Business Community on How Government Policy and Legislative Agenda seeks to empower the Local Investor & Business Community.

The Annual General Meeting is not only the highest decision-making body of the Chamber, but it also provides an opportunity for the Chamber Secretariat to report to the membership on its work during the last year and importantly, provides for the Election of Officers to serve on the Board of Director of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.

Please be reminded that  all positions on the Board of Directors are open to all members in good standing. You are encouraged to volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors as an effective Board requires members from various sectors, perspectives, backgrounds, and skills sets. Each Chamber Member is permitted one vote and can hold a maximum of two proxies issued in writing by another Member in good standing.  To smoothly manage the voting process, we invite you to provide the name of your voting representative.

The Chamber takes this opportunity to urge members with outstanding membership subscription dues to utilize the payment plan options available to you. Members should contact the the Secretariat at 452 3165 or email info@stluciachamber.org to make appropriate arrangements. We are aware of the challenges facing our members and remain prepared to do all we need to do serve you better as we Adapt, Operate, and  Thrive,  in the Next Normal.
