You are invited to the 141st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture scheduled for November 26th, 2025, commencing at 9:00 A.M., registration starts at 8:30am at The Harbor Club Ltd.

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held under the theme Resilient, Relevant & Relentless”, in keeping with our Vision.

The Annual General Meeting is the apex decision-making body of the Chamber, requiring the Secretariat to report on its work during the year, present Audited Financial Statements and that the President deliver his Report.  

Equally important the Election of Officers to serve on the Board of Directors of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture shall take place. The Board of Director’s has the important responsibility of providing policy guidance and strategic leadership to the nation’s oldest and most revered private sector organization. Being a Membership organization, the Board continues to need to be representative and reflective of its membership composition, interest and objectives.

We welcome and encourage your active participation in this critical process. All positions on the Board of Directors are available for election. While we invite you to make known your interest in advance of the day of the AGM, I also remind you that nominations will remain open during the AGM and the actual election process. Please give of your time to look after your affairs and contribute to that of the wider business community and national economy. Come share your expertise and bring diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skill sets, to the Chamber Board, your involvement is vital.

An exhibition will be held from 8:30am to 1:00pm, where some of our new members will showcase their products/services. Please take time to engage with our new members and show your support.
