The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture will again host its signature program, Skills for Success by the Dale Carnegie Institute. This World-renown Effective Communications and Human Relations program has been hosted with great success by the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture since 2004. We have trained hundreds of satisfied participants and their companies who have sponsored their participation.

The program teaches participants qualities which almost all successful leaders within the business community crave from there team. That is strengthened interpersonal relationships, ability to manage stress and handle fast-changing workplace conditions. Further, it also helps develop more effective communication skills and better equip graduates to perform as a persuasive communicators, problem-solvers and focused leaders.

Leading enterprises including, Bank of St. Lucia, 1st National Bank, LUCELEC, M&C Group of Companies, Massy Stores St. Lucia, JQ Charles Ltd, Unicomer, Tropical Shipping, WLBL/Heineken St. Lucia, Allweld Inc, ECCO, Goddard Catering Group, St. Lucia Tourist Board, the National Insurance Corporation, SLASPA and the Government of St. Lucia utilize this Dale Carnegie Program as a central component of the leadership development pathway.

In challenging economic environments like this one, many firms have become more conscious of the return from training and upskilling staff and continue to turn to the Dale Carnegie Program as “we get a better bang for our buck through Dale Carnegie.”
