HR Connect is a forum that brings Senior HR Managers in Chamber Member companies together to network, dialogue, share best practice and collaborate through and as members of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture. HR Connect will be hosted on February 20th, 2024, at the Coco Palm Hotel Conference Room from 2:00 p.m.

HR Connect will seek to facilitate the work of the Chamber aimed at improving human resource management and development practices, and Upskilling Team Members within Chamber Member companies by bringing senior HR Managers together to collaborate on issues of mutual interest and benefit, while also engaging in networking, knowledge sharing and sharing of best practice.

This HR Connect, is the first in a series of what is expected to be a powerful HR networking and development vehicle will feature Francis Lewis, lead consultant at Res Consulting of Trinidad and Tobago as the Keynote Speaker. Francis Lewis has a wide-ranging background in Business Development, Training, Sales, Marketing and Consulting and has led the Doctoral Program at the Arthur Lock-Jack School of Business. Francis will speak on “The Strategic Role of HR”. This presentation will be followed by a engaging Panel Discussion on the subject “The Evolving Role of HR.” The Panel will comprise Senior well-known HR Professionals who work in the Private Sector.

The St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture as a thought leader, remains the voice of the private sector and the leading Membership Business Support Organization.
