ELEVATE to Host “Know YourLabour Act – Small Business Edition”

The Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, through its ELEVATESmall Business Support Program, will host an important trainingworkshop titled “Know Your Labour Act – Small Business Edition.”

The program will be facilitated by respected labour law attorney Cheryl Goddard-Dorville, who hassuccessfully delivered this highly regarded training for the Chamber forseveral years. In a strong show of support for the small business community,Ms. Goddard-Dorville is also co-sponsoringthe program, helping to make the training accessible andaffordable.

The workshop will be delivered in two practical sessions on April 22and 23, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the Chamber’s Training Room.

Participants will gain clear, practical guidance on key aspects of the LabourAct, including working hours, overtime, termination procedures,severance obligations, and dispute resolution.

Small business owners and managers are encouraged to attend and strengthentheir ability to manage employeesconfidently while remaining fully compliant with the law.
